What this site is
Sutherland Shire Kitchens connects Shire homeowners with a licensed builder for kitchen renovations, butler's pantries and outdoor kitchens. You send your kitchen details, a design consultation is arranged, and you receive a written quote from the business that would carry out the work.
We are not the builder ourselves.
Who does the work
Kitchen renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on your discovery call, or whenever you ask, and you can check the licence on the NSW Fair Trading register.
What we will not claim
Reviews. This is a new site. No invented ratings or testimonials.
Phone prices. Kitchens vary too much to price without design and measure.
Engineered stone. Banned since 1 July 2024 — we will not offer it.
How a job runs
Brief, design, fixed written price, cabinetry manufactured, then two to four weeks on site. The maximum deposit under NSW home building law is 10 percent. See the process and cost.
